Mujin Eki The Animation

High school student Hikari Takadaki finds herself heading home much later than usual. Inside the dim carriage of an old, single-car train—a dilapidated local line stripped of any countryside charm—there are only two passengers remaining: Hikari and a mysterious man named Jun Umadate.

Jun’s highly suspicious appearance and unsettling gaze send shivers down Hikari’s spine. An indescribable sense of dread consumes the young girl as the train wheels clatter rhythmically against the tracks in the quiet night. In a secluded space where seeking help is virtually impossible, Hikari realizes she has become the target of a predatory obsession.

What begins as seemingly “accidental” touches in the deserted train car rapidly escalates into a humiliating ordeal at an unstaffed rural station. Enveloped by the dark silence of the remote countryside, the young student’s weak resistance only further fuels the stranger’s relentless desires, turning her commute home into an inescapable nightmare.
